We believe the office environment sets much of the tone for how you feel during a session, so we've built a space that's private, calm, and easy to settle into.

Our Victoria counselling office has plenty of room to breathe, with five offices spread out over two floors. We're located at 1183 Fort Street, surrounded by free two-hour street parking, an easy stop whether you're coming from elsewhere downtown or further out.

A note before you visit: our office is a second-floor walkup without an elevator, so if stairs are a barrier for you, let us know when booking and we'll help you find a better fit, whether that's a ground-floor alternative or a virtual session instead.

We also see clients traveling in from Saanich, Oak Bay, Esquimalt, and across the wider Greater Victoria area, as well as those in the Cowichan Valley who prefer our Victoria location.
