My Approach & Story

My approach is grounded in exploring both past experiences and present-day challenges, recognizing how these layers shape who we are and how we move through the world. Together, we will gently examine these connections, creating space for insight, healing, and meaningful change.

With a professional background in nursing, I have extensive experience supporting individuals through complex and vulnerable life stages. My nursing career has been spent primarily in labour and delivery, postpartum, and pediatrics. I hold a special interest in working with clients during pregnancy and the postpartum period, including those navigating infertility and pregnancy loss. I strive to provide a safe, supportive environment where your experiences are honoured, your voice is heard, and your strengths are brought forward.

Whether you are seeking support during a specific life transition or looking to better understand yourself, I am here to walk alongside you with care, curiosity, and respect. I have transitioned to a career in counselling after experiencing a need for additional support in my own motherhood journey. This transition in life changed everything for me and opened my eyes to the long-term mental health support that is needed beyond the hospital bed. My passion for nurturing families through this life transition has not changed, but my approach to support has. I am here to provide a safe place for our growing community to honestly talk about life’s challenges and foster the strength to take them on.
