Are you a compassionate, client-centred Registered Clinical Counsellor looking for a supportive practice where you can thrive?
At Strength in Heart Counselling, we're growing and looking for an RCC to join our collaborative team. We provide counselling services in Victoria, the Cowichan Valley, and online across British Columbia, with a reputation for warmth, accessibility, and high-quality client care.
Whether you're an experienced clinician or newly registered, we'd love to hear from you if you're passionate about helping people create meaningful change.
What We Offer
70/30 fee split (you keep 70%)
Referrals and marketing support

Opportunities to mentor Master's level interns (if interested)

We're Looking For Someone Who
Is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) in good standing with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors
Is committed to providing ethical, compassionate, trauma-informed care
Enjoys working independently while being part of a supportive team
Has strong communication and organizational skills
Is comfortable providing in-person, virtual, or both types of counselling
Experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, children, youth, couples, neurodiversity, or other specialty populations is an asset, but not required.
