My Approach

I am a holistic, eclectic therapist who believes in client-tailored approaches that support individuals in reshaping how they relate to others—beginning with a compassionate journey inward. By exploring the core beliefs formed early in life, I use trauma-informed methods to help clients move beyond their trauma and inner critics, guiding them toward the lives they truly want to live. It is deeply rewarding to witness people discover their own voices and develop the courage to move past adverse experiences. I am also passionate about somatic work, supporting clients in recognizing the role emotional and physical pain play in their lives. By providing a safe space for exploration, I help clients release what no longer serves them and cultivate lasting healing.

Individual Counselling: 1 hour (50 minute) session - $100

My Story

I understand firsthand how challenging it can be to move beyond traumatic events, and I also know that healing is possible. Having experienced profound loss myself—including the passing of my oldest child—I believe my lived experience allows me to support others through anticipatory and complex grief, which can sometimes require reinventing one’s sense of self after such loss.

With a background in social work, I am dedicated to helping clients clarify their goals in ways that align with their deepest values and dreams, while also exploring the barriers that may be holding them back from living their fullest lives. I have experience working with women impacted by intimate partner violence, and I am committed to helping individuals move beyond the fear that keeps them in difficult situations. Together, we can work on developing healthier coping strategies and stronger boundaries.

Supporting others as they move past what holds them back gives me a deep sense of purpose. I believe that easing the emotional burdens people carry not only benefits individuals, but also strengthens our community as a whole. By fostering more secure and connected attachment styles—regardless of what we may have learned in the past—we help each other grow into our best selves. Everyone deserves unconditional self-love and the opportunity to learn self-forgiveness. It is truly an honour to walk alongside others on their journey to healing.
