I believe healing begins in spaces where we feel safe enough to be fully ourselves. As a trained expressive arts therapist, I support people in reconnecting with the creativity, insight & strengths already present within them. My approach is collaborative, compassionate & grounded in the belief that each person carries wisdom, resilience & natural capacities for healing & growth.

My Approach
I approach therapy as a collaborative and relational process rooted in curiosity, creativity, presence, and care. My work is informed by Expressive Arts Therapy, Narrative Therapy, sand tray, personal narrative, mindfulness, embodied awareness, and strengths-based practices. I believe people are not defined by the problems they experience, and that healing can emerge through reconnecting with the wisdom already within you and the parts of yourself that know how to heal.
I also recognize that our lives are shaped not only by personal experiences, but by relationships, culture, community, systems, and the broader social world we move through. I strive to hold a practice grounded in cultural humility, respect, and ongoing reflection around identity, lived experience, and the ways we are impacted by the world around us.
As an expressive arts therapist, I draw from a variety of creative modalities including storytelling, writing, movement, sound, sand tray, internal healing imagery, poetry, clay and visual arts. No artistic experience is ever needed, and sessions do not have to include the arts a tall. The invitation is simply there to explore creativity as much, as little, or not at all depending on what feels supportive and authentic to you.
I strive to create a therapeutic space that feels grounded, caring, and receptive. Somewhere you can feel seen, heard, and accepted as you are. Together, we may explore new ways of relating t yourself, deepen self-awareness, and create space to reconnect with your authentic self, embodied wisdom, and sense of possibility.
I draw from a range of expressive, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approaches, including:
Expressive Arts Therapy
Intermodal Creative Arts Practice
Narrative Therapy
Play-Based Therapy
Sand Tray Therapy
Trauma-Informed Practice
Strengths-Based & Person-Centered Counselling
Mindfulness-Based Approaches
Nature-Based & Land-Informed Practice
Group Facilitation & Psychoeducational Support
Attachment-Informed Practice
CBT-Informed Skills (psychoeducation and coping tools)
Culturally Responsive & Anti-Oppressive Practice
My Story
My path toward this work has been shaped through both creativity and community. I have worked as an expressive arts therapist and community arts facilitator with children, youth, adults, and families, supporting people through therapeutic and creative practices for many years. My background includes storytelling, group facilitation, mask work, sand tray, and arts-based approaches that honour imagination, play, emotional expression, and personal meaning-making.
I am currently completing my Master of Social Work practicum while continuing to deepen my therapeutic practice through ongoing learning and reflection. My work is informed by interests in Narrative Therapy, parts work, mindfulness, somatic awareness, emotional intelligence, land- based connection, and the relationship between healing, creativity, and the natural world. I continue to reflect on how healing is connected not only to ourselves, but also to our relationships, communities, cultures, and the land.
At the heart of my work is the belief that people are not broken, but human. We all carry stories, wounds, strengths, and longings that deserve care and attention, shaped both by our personal experiences and the worlds we live within. I feel honoured to witness the stories people carry and to walk alongside them as they reconnect with their own voice, resilience, and capacity for meaningful change.
