Internal Family Systems, often called IFS or parts work, is a therapy approach that helps you understand the different parts of yourself. Some parts protect you. Some carry pain. Some react quickly in relationships. IFS helps you meet these parts with curiosity instead of shame.
Rather than trying to fight or suppress what you feel, IFS helps you build a steadier inner relationship so healing can happen from the inside out. This can be powerful for both individual therapy and couples therapy.

Most extended health plans cover sessions with our registered counsellors (RCC, RSW). We provide electronic receipts for insurance reimbursement and offer direct billing for ICBC, VAC, CVAP, FNHA, and MCC.

Sessions with our qualified student counsellors start at $35 per 50-minute session. Licensed therapist rates range from $100–$180 per session. We also offer sliding scale options to make therapy accessible.
